Do you love a good list? Are you the one who remembers birthdays, deadlines, and who promised to bring the snacks? The Little Locals Fund is looking for a Secretary who can keep our board organized, on track, and maybe even a little more stylishly coordinated.

What you’ll do (officially):

• Record board meeting minutes (bonus points if you can make them fun to read).
   
• Keep track of decisions, action items, and who’s doing what.
   
• Manage official records and make sure we stay compliant.
   
• Send reminders so no one “forgets” their to-dos.
   
• Support communication between board members and committees.
   

What you’ll really do (unofficially):

• Be the board’s collective brain and memory bank.
   
• Keep us from spiraling into chaos (no pressure).
   
• Translate messy discussions into clear, useful notes.
   
• Ensure everyone leaves a meeting knowing exactly what’s next.
