What you’ll do (officially):

• Oversee the organization’s finances like the pro you are.
   
• Present financial reports that everyone (yes, everyone) can actually understand.
   
• Work with the board to ensure funds are used wisely and transparently.
   
• Keep us compliant with all those not-so-fun-but-super-important regulations.
   
• Help us dream big by showing how we can afford to grow.
   

What you’ll really do (unofficially):

• Translate “finance” into plain English for the rest of us.
   
• Gently remind us that money doesn’t grow on trees (unless you know something we don’t).
   
• Bring clarity, confidence, and maybe even a little sparkle to our spreadsheets.
   
• Celebrate the fact that every dollar raised = more impact for local families.
