Do you get a little thrill when you see a fundraising thermometer rise? Love bringing people together for a cause (and maybe a good party)? The Little Locals Fund is searching for a Fundraising Committee Chair who can turn generosity into real impact for families in our community.

What you’ll do (officially):

• Lead the fundraising committee in planning and executing campaigns and events.
   
• Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
   
• Dream up creative ways to raise money (and excitement).
   
• Help set and reach fundraising goals that fuel our programs.
   
• Work with the board and staff to ensure our efforts stay aligned with our mission.
   

What you’ll really do (unofficially):

• Throw parties with a purpose and campaigns that make people want to give.
   
• Inspire folks to open their hearts (and wallets).
   
• Be the “chief cheerleader” for generosity in our community.
   
• Remind everyone that fundraising is really about storytelling and impact, not just dollars.
