Not everyone has the time (or desire) to sit on a board — and that’s totally okay. That’s where The Care Crew comes in. This is our flexible team of community helpers who show up in their own way, on their own time, to keep the Little Locals Fund thriving. Whether it’s lending a hand at an event, sharing your skills, or helping spread the word, being part of The Care Crew means you’re contributing care — without the heavy commitment.

What’s expected (officially):

• Join in where and when you can — no mandatory meetings or strict schedules.
   
• Support the Fund through small but mighty tasks: event help, set-up/tear-down, donation drives, community outreach, or spreading awareness.
   
• Share your unique skills if you’d like (graphic design, baking, photography, carpentry, you name it).
   
• Be a positive ambassador for the Little Locals Fund in the community.
   

What it really means (unofficially):

• Show up when you’re able — every bit of help counts.
   
• Be part of a fun, supportive crew that makes things happen behind the scenes.
